Contributions made to Bogdon for Assembly 2018 are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the California Political Reform Act.  Contributions may be made to a maximum of $4,400 per election and per entity with an entity defined as an individual, business, corporation or PAC.  "Small Contributor PAC's" may contribute up to $8,800 per election.  Husbands and wives are considered separate entities.  State law also requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $100 a year.  Contributions or gifts made to Bogdon for Assembly 2018 are not tax deductible.  Your check may be processed electronically and your account may be charged a bank fee in the event your account has insufficient funds.
